Dukaanix provides billing, invoicing, and inventory-management tools for shopkeepers and small businesses. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorised use.

3. Plans and payment

• Free plan — available at no cost, subject to usage limits.
• Pro plan — ₹2999 per year, billed annually, with full features.
• Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice; changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• upload content that infringes the rights of others.

5. Your data and content

You own the business data and content you create in Dukaanix. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Dukaanix name, logo, software, and content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying tax and GST figures before filing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dukaanix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
